Domain does not work after renewal

Typically, if a site or a service at a particular domain is not available, the problem is caused by nameserver update procedure carried out by Internet providers worldwide, which can take up to 24 hours.

We recommend you to do as follows:

  1. Сlear your browser's cache – your browser could have cached your website’s page while it was not available. Press Ctrl + F5 to clear the cache.
  2. Сheck up your website’s accessibility via Webproxy. Enter your website name and press GO. If your website is not available, the problem is on your ISP’s end. You will have to wait until provider’s nameservers complete updating; it normally takes up to 24 hours.
  3. If a hosting page opens instead of the website, you will have to renew your hosting services along with the domain.
